 Day 37: O is a morning person, I am not. As soon as his eyes open, so does his mouth. He popped up this morning and said he needed to go watch his tomato plants grow.

G not happy about having to read, but seeming to enjoy my favorite book, Harry Potter book 1! He is trying to get some big AR points in his reading! Owen was not feeling school today so daddy gave him a brain break and had him help open up our Amazon subscribe and save pile (still no TP or paper towels The home learning has had some really fun aspects to knowing what the boys are learning like their Mandarin and Owen had so much fun making a music composition! would be proud with Owen’s ta ti ti rest composition). Lunch was served under the table and I had fun with my giant pile of laundry to put away. The quarantine daily outfit!

Day 38: We tried home learning on the couch today, we will find another spot tomorrow. It was a struggle morning, so we took to the outside early and made a nature artscape for Art class (have chainsaw, will cut), we went in to have lunch and I did a spur of the moment decision (after seeing all of my friends enjoying their bounty) to take the boys to the strawberry farm. It was AMAZING! We went to Page Farms, it was easy, social distance wasn’t a problem and the boys had so much fun! We picked a basket for Grandma and Grandpa and had a really nice distance visit with them! We scored TP and Paper towels thanks to Grandpas senior morning shopping! (We have not been able to find TP in 38 days at the grocery stores.). We finished the night with daddy teaching G about the compass (thanks Grandma (looks like the scuba nav class!
