 Day 150: Storm prepping and jello making! That was our rainy day fun!

Day 151: We started our morning early with checking out the creek. Thank goodness our play area was not devastated! Phew! The creek did make it’s way over the side but we didn’t have any floating down creek playhouses this time! While checking out the creek, O

pointed out that he found snake bones?! . So yes folks, we carried in tiny snake vertebrae in a leaf and researched how to disinfect bones. Put the bones in peroxide and water and had a little science experiment. We watched the peroxide bubbles as it disinfected. This, mind you, was all before coffee! Owen, my busy bee went straight to making turtles. Then the boys enjoyed their jello they made last night! RS Cullen’s won on taste!
