 Day 114: We had our first “big” bike ride! By 11 o’clock I was ready to be out of the house. Packed up three bikes and we headed to Horseshoe Farm Park to get to the Neuse River Trail. It was a gorgeous day! Seriously in my element. Out of all of the triathlon events, the biking was always my favorite. I miss those days, EH of 40+ mile bike rides that ended usually with a cold beer

! I told the boys multiple times that this was the best day! . Hoping to do this with the boys at least once a week this summer. We stopped at a river access and O was so excited because we found a bunch of “fossils”. And of course he started the day in the sand pile and ended the day in the sand pile! G finished the night off with his favorite uTuber doing silly stuff. The giggles though!!!!
