 Day 211 continued: the question , “why haven’t we done this before” came up and it is so true “why?”. Remote learning and perfect timing and friends brought us to the beach this week and I hope it becomes a tradition! The kids have had so much fun and I know I have had so much fun! Starting the day with Mackie smiles can’t be beat! We are slowly becoming friends! We had morning remote learning, then a lunch break of pizza and stuffed animal conference. The kids were trying to investigate whomever wrote names in the volleyball sand pit and GC was brought to tears wanting to know the truth.

. After lunch we headed out to explore Duck and more importantly get donuts on a stick. Back to the beach afterwords for some wetsuit wave surfing, beach workout, and number charting. Dinner at the “best sunset in the Outer Banks”, very true! Dinner out with a gorgeous sunset! Ending the night with Pumpkin Porter and friend conversations and Schitts Creek! It was a good day!
